Below you’ll find everything you need to know about
how we process and ship your order.

🛠 Order Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

During high-volume seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to rush production at this time.

Estimated shipping times after production:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary
due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

🌎 International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees
• Import duties
• Local taxes

These charges are determined by your country
and are not included in our shipping costs.

📍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Carrier-related delays once the order leaves our facility

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit,

🔁 Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address:

• Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
• Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes
