Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave the nest within
3-7 business days. 
(We like to be efficient, but we also like to make sure everything is just right.)

Shipping times vary by location:

USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
International: 15-25 business days

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order takes flight. 🐦📦

Do you ship internationally?

We do! heartinal currently ships to USA, Canada, and Australia with plans to ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location —you'll see your options at checkout.

Note: Duties & Taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to predict these fees, but we want you to be aware before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships,
you'll receive an email with a tracking link. 

I need my order by a specific date. Can you help?

We'll do our best! If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us at heartinal.store@gmail.com We'll see what we can do.

For guaranteed delivery, we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We want you to love everything that lands
in your nest. If something isn't quite right,
you can return it within 30 days of delivery
for a full refund or exchange.

Return requirements:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or defective)

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

Oh no! That's not the heartinal experience we want for you. If something arrives damaged or defective, please email us at heartinal.store@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement immediately—no return needed.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your size/colour is sold out, we'll issue a refund instead.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! If your heartinal tee doesn't fit quite right,
we're happy to exchange it for a different size.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.

Products & Sizing

How do your tees fit?

Our tees are a classic unisex fit—relaxed but not boxy. They run true to size.

Are your tees actually soft?

We use 100% ring-spun cotton (or a premium cotton blend) that feels like your favorite worn-in hoodie. No scratchy tags. No stiff fabric. Just cozy.

Our toddler and infant tees
are made with even softer fabric
—because tiny birds have sensitive feathers.

How do I care for my products?

We want your heartinal treasures
to stay cozy for years to come!

For Apparel:
• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Avoid bleach (it's mean to birds)

For Jewelry:
• Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotion
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
• Store in a dry place (away from curious toddlers and pets)

For Journals:
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Coffee spill? Now it has character

What are your tees made of?

All fabrics are pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage.

Do you offer plus sizes?

We currently offer sizes up to 2XL in most adult
styles. In some cases we can offer up to 5XL.
We're working on expanding our size range.

If you need a size not listed, please reach out
—we're happy to let you know if we have options
or can accommodate special requests.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our jewelry is made from:
• Stainless Steel, nickel-free
• 18K Gold Finish, nickel-free

Both options are safe for sensitive skin.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! Gift cards are a great option
for the hard-to-shop-for birds in your life.
